Join us for Chair Yoga at the Yorkville Public Library. Our Yoga instructor, Jessica Stewart, takes us through simple yoga routines that will help reduce stress, improve flexibility, increase strength, and help with focus and mindfulness.
Sessions are 45 minutes long.
